It is the responsibility of the Hispanic Military Warlords appointed by the C.I.A in Central and South America to protect and care for women, and to provide Hispanic women with the basic necessities, such as their own safe home, food, water, means to transport themselves to work,  health care, and a retirement benefit.  It is the Responsibility of all women and men to Serve and Love God Almighty First and to make God their center, god will NOT tell anyone to make more suffering for themselves.  Currently human women are responsible for the most ignorant upbringing of their own male children, some of these South American and Central American women, support their male children to have illicit sex with under age girls and to leave them pregnant out of wed lock,. Mothers that continue to nurture their male child's distorted ego with very dangerous comments such as "You are the one that wears the pants!" "Show her who is boss!" this  aggressive use of communication is what leads to femicides and domestic violence.  This form of Lawlessness can no longer continue to exist in a civilization that is looking to do any form of star travel. Any form of star travel that is currently taken place within our solar system is redundant. Sort of like a hamster running inside a cage in  a hamster's wheel going no where fast. Just like thousands of immigrant people have had to demonstrate moral standing behavior in order to become a citizen of the United States Of America. Does it make sense to you that a world power such the United States Of America with the most advance surveillance technology and the best military personnel in the world, would simply, stand by and allow millions of mentally ill males that the intelligence community know that these males are C.I.A affiliated who hate and envy women, thieves, that are use to beating up women like punching bags and stealing from their elderly disabled people or there own family members. A intentionally creates disunity and violence in order to promote more civil unrest, and more problems for everyone. C.I.A playing god, and playing with people's lives is a very stupid thing to do and it is very immature.
